Overall a very clean, cozy place to stay. Quiet, easy parking. A little dated interior wise but it’s everything you could want or need out of a motel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and priced far below their value. Called about 30 minutes ahead to see if he had anything available for the night, and when I arrived he had a chilled bottle of water set out for me, and had turned the heat on in my room. I’ve been travelling all along the east coast for a little over a week now, and this is the best place I’ve stayed, by far. Not a lot of rooms, so book ahead of you can because this guy genuinely cares about his tenants. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My friend and I stayed here for a night after going to a concert. The man in the front was super friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute. If I ever happen to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

This is the best version of a modern Motel. The hosts are professionals who have mastered the art of providing services. I love the nostalgic look of the Motel. They have made all of the upgrades to accommodate the modern traveler. I would and will book in here anytime I am in the area. In fact, I would go out of my way to get here. So thankful!

As soon as you enter the front office, you’re met with the Infectious smile of the owner, Sonny. He’s gracious, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The rooms are large and comfortable. The grounds well kept, with flowers scattered throughout the property. Sara Glen is situated right between Saratoga Springs and Lake George so there were plenty of activities to take advantage of. It ticked off all of our boxes. The Sara Glen is an Adirondack gem, we were fortunate to have found.

Extremely clean. We only stayed two nights but the beds were very comfortable and the water was hot, which was really nice. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and personable and made us feel very welcome. Added Bonus…..they had the electric fireplace already turned on in our room when we arrived and he gave us suggestions for breakfast and dinner before we even asked. He anticipated our needs which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back.

I’d highly recommend staying here. When we come to this area we will definitely stay here again. Very clean and up to date. Everything is well maintained. The owner is very attentive, welcoming and ensures your stay is pleasant and comfortable. We had two rooms for our family and one of us had trouble getting the door open and the owner noticed and came right out to help right away without even having to ask. He’s right on-site. Excellent customer service.
We’ve stayed elsewhere in the area and this place is much nicer, cleaner and quieter.

Super clean, very friendly and love the little puppy welcome in the office. Affordable and amendable. Safe area and well lit. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. The bed was super soft too. Enjoy helping the little places that survived COVID shut downs. You should do the same.

This motel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and reasonably priced. The location is pretty fantastic, we found it was central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to the area!

My Mom and I came to Glen Falls for the Balloon Festival and unfortunately we didn’t see too many of them go up however we did find a wonderful place to stay. Sara Glen Motel was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and welcoming (electric fireplace, microwave, fridge etc). Sonny the owner was a bonus. Such a pleasant personality. Looking forward to future visits and the firepit he is going to add to the place. Hope to see you next year

I recently stayed here for a week. It’s owned and operated by a gentleman named Sonny. He treats you like family and keeps the place immaculate!!! Every time you run into Sonny, he has an inviting smile and tells you about the area and treats you like he has known you forever. We have stayed at other Motels in the area and there is NO comparison to the Sara Glen Motel. The location is perfect it’s close to Saratoga , Lake George and Glens falls.

Rooms were immaculate! Sonny, the owner, was more than accommodating, very hospitable, nice and helpful. Was always around if you needed him. Not too far from lake george. Perfect location, away from the
touristy areas, very quiet.

Awesome motel! The rooms were big and spacious. Bathroom looked remodeled and very nice. This is a hidden gem. Will come back again.

This is such an awesome, mom and pops style motel. I mean that in the best possible way. Room is very clean, beautiful pleasant little sitting area right outside my door. Very nice, large main room that isn’t cramped by any means. Nice sturdy furniture. Bathroom is clean, and I have higher standards. I checked out of a chain hotel to stay here and I would recommend you do the same if you usually stay at the recognized big chain hotels. The guy that checked me in was very friendly and had info about the area ready. An experience you don’t find that often these days when it comes to locally owned motels. 100% would highly recommend this location if friends or family were staying in town.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, close to highway so we could get to Saratoga Race Track and Lake George. Close to great spots in Glen Falls. ||Thank you for the great stay!

Great stay over the July 4th weekend. Manager “Sonny” was very gracious and accommodating. The room was spotless. The whole place is clean and welcoming. This is a 70’s era “motor lodge” but has been recently updated. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. We left clothes behind, were immediately contacted, and they mailed them to us!! Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in hundreds of Motels and I have to put the Sara Glen in my top 3. The rooms are clean, big and come with a fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable and the towels are actual towels, not the rags you usually get from other places. The staff here are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they go above and beyond to accommodate to the needs of their guests to the best of their ability. The price is very reasonable for what you get. If you’re in the area and need a place to stay, I would highly recommend staying here.

Room was spotless. Two very comfortable beds. Good sized fridge, microwave. All toiletries you need and hair dryer. Gentleman who checked is in was very friendly and welcoming. He also gave us a great suggestion for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!

What an amazing place to rest my weary head. Wonderful, beautiful and peaceful setting. Exceptionally clean rooms with updated bathrooms. Sonny, owner and proprietor, was a very generous host to us 4 old ladies and our 2 younger chaperones. LOL! We had the BEST time!! Thanks Sonny!!

The Sarah Glenn Motel is one of the finest places I’ve ever stayed with the greatest staff and the true understanding of customer service. Please give these people all the business you can give them they do deserve it and you will never be disappointed with the service they provide I guarantee
